1) Adjust the observation mirror to be parallel to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to negative and clockwise to positive. The green cross line above the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross below the baseline indicates a low point.

　　2)、導(dǎo)軌分段，導(dǎo)軌上面有螺栓孔，兩個(gè)螺栓孔之間為一段，這樣導(dǎo)軌就分成幾段。把反光鏡移動(dòng)到靠近光管的那一段上面，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，刻度調(diào)成0.把這個(gè)段作為基準(zhǔn)段。

2) The guide rail is divided into several sections, with bolt holes on top of the guide rail and a section between the two bolt holes. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

　　3)、反光鏡移動(dòng)到下一段，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，看刻度，把數(shù)值記錄下來(lái)，依次到一段。

3) Move the reflector to the next section, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, observe the scale, record the values, and proceed to the last section.

　　4)、開(kāi)始調(diào)整導(dǎo)軌的螺栓，原則是那個(gè)點(diǎn)高就緊螺栓，低則松螺栓。5)、重復(fù)以上的調(diào)試過(guò)程，直到調(diào)到公差范圍即可(0.003mm)。

　　6)、如果無(wú)法調(diào)整到公差范圍，那個(gè)點(diǎn)高，那段位置的基面需要重新刮研。然后再進(jìn)行調(diào)整，直到完成。

　　六、校正直線度。

6、 Correct straightness.

　　1)、把觀察鏡調(diào)成與導(dǎo)軌垂直。數(shù)值變化為逆時(shí)針為正，順時(shí)針為負(fù)。綠色十字線在基線的右側(cè)說(shuō)明這點(diǎn)高。綠十字線在基線的左側(cè)說(shuō)明這點(diǎn)低。

3) The guide rail is divided into several sections by forming a section between two pressure blocks. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

　　4)、反光鏡移動(dòng)到下一段，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，看刻度，把數(shù)值記錄下來(lái)，依次到一段。
